Debra Ponzek is a busy mother and former chef at New York City’s Montrachet, where she became, the first female chef to be awarded three stars by the New York Times. She now owns the East Coast gourmet take-away shops Aux Delices. She lives in Connecticut.

Mary Goodbody is a frequent co-author of more than thirty titles, including Running Press’s Choclatique. She lives in New York.
